When you make the decision to purchase a fence there can be many questions that come to mind!

1. How long will it take to build my fence?
A: When you call EFC we will set an appointment with you to do an estimate at your convenience.
From here we will let you know how long the job will take.  This could depend on jobs we have previously scheduled, as well as the size of your job.  We work hard to deliver this in a timely manner.

2. What types of fences do you build?
A: With 40+ years of combined experience we specialize in all types of fencing.  If you are interested in a specific product just let us know and we can discuss that with you.

3. What type of fence should I have?
A: We build commercial and residential fences, it depends on what type of security or privacy you are looking for.  Take a look at our portfolio to see a few examples.  When we arrive for your free estimate we can discuss some of the options that will suit your needs and within your price range.

4.  How is the price determined?
A: We estimate our cost based on the amount of feet that you need.  If you have this information ahead of time then that helps, but we can also measure when we arrive.  The type of material, gates needed, travel cost, and labour are estimated for a final cost estimate.

5.  Is the Owner’s real name Tiger?
A: No, but he’s never gone by another name!

6.  I have gas/water lines in my yard, is this a problem?
A:  We are use to working around these issues.  We will have a specialist mark these lines to make sure we don’t cause an inconvenience during the construction.
